These terms govern your use of StoreCheck Payouts, operated by miniLabs. By installing or using the app, you agree to them on behalf of the applicable Shopify merchant.
The service
The app is a reconciliation aid that compares Shopify payout records with bank-export rows and presents possible matches and exceptions. It does not initiate transfers, change payouts, or modify orders.
Your responsibilities
- Use the app only for stores and financial data you are authorized to access
- Verify reconciliation results before relying on them
- Maintain secure access to your Shopify account and devices
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or unlawfully access the service

StoreCheck Payouts does not provide accounting, tax, legal, banking, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your books, filings, controls, and financial decisions.
Fees and availability
If a paid plan is offered, charges, trials, and recurring billing will be shown through Shopify before approval. We may change or discontinue features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. miniLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the service by uninstalling it. We may suspend access for misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date.
