StoreCheck Payouts is operated by miniLabs. This policy explains how the app handles information when you install and use it.
Information we process
We process your Shopify shop domain, encrypted Shopify session credentials, and the Shopify Payments data required to provide reconciliation and finance-close results. This data can include payout identifiers, payout-component types, amounts, fees, currencies, dates, and statuses. The finance-close explanation does not request order customer details.
Your bank CSV
Your raw bank CSV is parsed in your browser and is not uploaded to or retained by our servers. Reconciliation results are currently generated for the active browser session and are not stored as audit history.
How we use information

Product analytics
We use Cloudflare Workers Analytics Engine for limited server-side product events, such as an app open, payout-fetch state, current plan, and number of explained payout summaries. We replace the Shopify shop ID with a one-way pseudonymous identifier before recording an event. We do not send raw bank CSV content, bank rows, payout amounts, summary component amounts, filenames, access tokens, email addresses, or shop domains to product analytics.
Service providers and retention
We use Shopify for authentication and platform data, and Cloudflare for application hosting and infrastructure. We retain app installation and session information only while needed to operate the service, comply with law, and resolve security issues. Shopify privacy webhooks are implemented for required data-access and deletion requests.
Security and your choices
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and least-privilege Shopify scopes. You may uninstall the app to revoke its store access. To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your store, contact us below.
